This year we are following the Zagreb Film Festival completely online!
In light of the constant increase in the number of newly infected with coronavirus and with the aim of preserving the health of the audience and the festival team, Zagreb Film Festival will hold its eighteenth edition entirely online, on the platforms kinoeuropa.hr and croatian.film. Despite the numerous scenarios devised by the festival variants in online and offline combinations, all in order to show the films where they belong - on the big screens, ZFF will still be held online this year.
"Following the further development of events and daily witnessing the difficult situation in which our health system finds itself, we have decided that we do not want to jeopardize the health of our audience and the festival team in any way.", We faced many challenges from the beginning of its action. This one is perhaps the biggest so far. But I firmly believe that next year we will celebrate the film again as it deserves - in the presence of the author, physically close to each other, with conversation and some fun ", said the director of the Zagreb Film Festival, Boris T. Matić.
